Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is offered for all new clients before any treatment to discuss goals, suitability, and expectations. During booking, clients will be asked to provide: Full name Contact details (phone & email) Treatment requested Relevant medical history or contraindications Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all contact details are accurate. By confirming an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to our deposit and cancellation policies. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied in full toward the total cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits cannot be transferred to another client, treatment, or date. Full payment for the remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of treatment. For multi-session treatments, deposits are required for each session individually to secure your place. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may also incur loss of deposit.
